WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?

Discovery: Please send in your project inquiry via the contact form or by emailing hello@leamnsoncreative.com. I will reply as soon as possible with a questionnaire requesting project details. Please review and answer each question thoughtfully. At this time, I ask that you share assets or files in relation to your project. If necessary, we will schedule a 30-minute consultation (via email, phone, or Google Hangout) to discuss your project in detail. I will share an estimate with you based on your project inquiry. Once the estimate is accepted, I will send a contract and invoice for the 50% non-refundable deposit. Please review and sign the Leamnson Creative contract and submit your payment.

Develop: After the 50% non-refundable deposit payment is complete, project work begins including research, brainstorming, digital sketches, and building design concepts. I will share a first draft or several design concepts for your feedback when ready. We will work together through rounds of revisions to build a piece or website that you love.

Deliver: Approval and final payment are requested at this time. Upon receipt of the final payment and when the balance is paid in full, you will receive all final files.


WHAT IS THE PRICING STRUCTURE?

Design is a valuable investment in your brand and business. I’m committed to bringing the utmost value and customer service to each client. Pricing varies as each project has unique needs. Pricing is influenced by several factors: project category (branding and web design package, custom packages, creative retainer program, or a la carte services), project depth, and time commitment. A general pricing guideline: ongoing/large/retainer projects are billed at a flat rate with monthly payments, medium projects, and rush jobs are billed flat rate, and small projects and additional revisions are billed hourly. This pricing guideline may change at any time without notice and any changes outside of the agreement will be billed at an hourly rate. WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

A 50% non-refundable deposit (retainer) is due in order for work to begin and final payment is due upon project completion, prior to the release of all final files. Due to the nature of all design work being customized, no refunds will be issued after the project start date.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Leamnson Creative currently processes payments through Square and accepts Visa, Discover, Mastercard or American Express. Flexible payment plans and other payment methods are available upon request.


IS THERE A RUSH FEE?

Yes, there is a $150 fee for expediting work. Please do not mistake this for rush fees associated with vendors (eg. printers, shipping, etc). Rush fee pricing varies per vendor.


HOW DO YOU HANDLE COPYRIGHT?

Copyright transfers when the project balance is paid in full, but I reserve the right to use any work for marketing and promotional purposes. Further details regarding copyright transfer are provided in the contract.


HOW DO YOU DELIVER FINAL FILES?

Once your project is complete and the balance is paid in full, the final files will be delivered through one of the following methods: via email as an attachment, through WeTransfer, or uploaded to your website via FTP. Additional delivery methods are available upon request.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FINAL DESIGN?

Turnaround times vary based on start date, availability, project needs and customization. I accept a few projects at a time to ensure quality work and dedicated time to each project. I do recommend allowing 4-8 weeks for your project. This time frame is an estimate and actual time may vary.


DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING AND SHIPPING SERVICES?

Yes, I am happy to offer printing and shipping services through local or online preferred vendors. If you have a preferred vendor to work with, please let me know. Printing and delivery services are not included in Leamnson Creative estimates or invoices, unless requested or necessary.
